1. Acceptance

By using Calmi Experiments you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Calmi Experiments is a self-tracking tool that allows users to run personal experiments and track energy and capacity. It is not a medical product and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service (minimum age under GDPR for digital services in Germany).

4. Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • You must provide a valid email address
  • One account per person
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • Free tier is available without payment
  • Paid plans (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) are processed via Stripe
  • Yearly and Monthly plans renew automatically
  • You can cancel at any time from your profile
  • Refunds are handled case by case - contact us within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer right to withdrawal)

6. Your data

  • You own your experiment data
  • We do not sell your data to third parties

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to access other users data
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the service
  • Share your account credentials

8. Medical disclaimer

Calmi Experiments is not a medical device or healthcare service. It does not replace professional therapy, psychiatric care, or any medical treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for mental health or medical concerns. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Calmi Experiments is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
