- Email address (required for account creation)
- Experiment data you enter (titles, descriptions, notes, energy levels, reflections)
- Expo push token and reminder time when you enable mobile push reminders
- Payment information (processed by Stripe - we do not store card details)
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, access times) collected automatically via server logs
3. Why we collect it
- Email: to create and manage your account and send transactional emails (verification and password reset)
- Push token: to send optional mobile check-in reminders you enable
- Experiment data: to provide the core service
- Payment data: to process subscriptions via Stripe
- Technical data: for security and service stability
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): account and subscription management
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): optional push reminders
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): security logs
5. Data storage
- Data is stored on MongoDB Atlas (AWS Frankfurt, eu-central-1 region, within the EU)
- Stripe processes payments under their own privacy policy

- Account data is retained while your account is active
- You can request deletion at any time by emailing us

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Session data is stored in your browser sessionStorage only.
